Terms of Service

Welcome to Insytli ("we," "our," or "us"). Insytli is a creator intelligence platform that provides live analytics profiles, audience insights, and brand collaboration tools for content creators in Egypt and the MENA region.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at insytli.com, our mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to these Terms.

Insytli provides creators with a shareable, real-time analytics profile that displays audience metrics, content performance data, AI-generated insights, and collaboration inquiry tools. Brands and marketers may view creator profiles to evaluate partnerships.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
• You will maintain the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Insytli offers three subscription tiers priced in Egyptian Pounds (EGP):

• Free Plan: 0 EGP/month — available indefinitely with limited features.
• Standard Plan: 299 EGP/month — includes advanced analytics and up to 3 platforms.
• Premium Plan: 999 EGP/month — includes all features, unlimited platforms, and dedicated support.

Free Trial: First-time registered users automatically receive a 30-day Standard Plan trial. After 30 days, your account automatically downgrades to the Free Plan unless you subscribe to a paid plan.

Subscriptions are billed monthly. We do not offer refunds for partial months. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We accept manual payments via InstaPay (Egypt). When you choose this payment method:

• You must send the exact subscription amount to the designated InstaPay account displayed at checkout.
• You must upload a clear screenshot of the completed transaction within the platform.
• Our team will verify the amount, date, and time shown in the screenshot within 2–4 business hours.
• Your subscription status will be updated to pending_verification until confirmed.
• We are not liable for payments sent to incorrect accounts or for unreadable screenshots.

By connecting your social media accounts, you grant Insytli permission to read and display your public analytics data. You retain full ownership of your content and data.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content complies with the terms of the platforms you connect (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).

You may not use the Service to:

• Impersonate another creator or provide false analytics data.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute other creators' profile data without permission.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the platform.
• Upload malicious files or code of any kind.
• Use the platform for spam, phishing, or fraudulent brand inquiries.

Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Insytli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
