Instead of a static PDF media kit, your Insytli profile updates automatically so brands always see your latest data.

Yes. The Free plan is always free with no time limit. You get a live profile, basic analytics display, and a shareable link — at zero cost, forever. First-time users also automatically receive 30 days of the Standard plan at no charge, so you can explore all premium features before deciding whether to upgrade.

When you sign up for the first time, you are automatically enrolled in a 30-day Standard trial — no credit card required. During the trial you have access to all Standard plan features including AI insights, content quadrant analysis, and advanced audience demographics. After 30 days, your account automatically downgrades to the Free plan unless you choose to subscribe to Standard or Premium.

We accept two payment methods: PayPal (for international and Egyptian cards) and InstaPay (for Egyptian users). PayPal payments are processed instantly. InstaPay payments are verified manually by our team and typically confirmed within 2–4 hours on business days.

After initiating an InstaPay transfer to our account number, you upload a screenshot of the confirmed transfer inside your Insytli account. Our team reviews the screenshot, verifies the amount and date, and activates your subscription. You will receive a notification once verified — typically within 2–4 hours on Sunday through Thursday, 9 AM to 6 PM EET.

Absolutely. Insytli has full Arabic language support throughout the entire platform, including right-to-left (RTL) layout, Arabic numerals, and localized content. You can switch between English and Arabic at any time using the language toggle in the header.

Insytli currently supports Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. We display metrics like follower count, engagement rate, average reach, story views, video views, and more for each platform. Support for YouTube, Snapchat, and X is on our roadmap and coming soon.

Your Insytli profile has a unique public link you can share anywhere — in your bio, emails, proposals, or pitches. When a brand visits your link, they see your live analytics, AI brand safety score, and a collaboration request button. Brands can send you a formal inquiry directly through the platform, which appears in your Dashboard.

Yes. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Dashboard. After cancellation, you retain access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period, then your account automatically reverts to the Free plan.

Yes. Insytli is SOC 2 compliant. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard AES-256 and TLS 1.3 protocols. We never sell your personal data or social analytics to third parties. Payment screenshots uploaded for InstaPay verification are stored securely and deleted after verification is complete.
